In the Coorg region of South Karnataka, the coffee plant Coffea arabica is produced organically. The flavour profile of Arabica beans is renowned for being delicate and complex, and it is frequently said to include overtones of fruit, berries, citrus, and caramel. It is a species that grows slowly and tolerates shade, and to produce the highest-quality beans, it needs a set of circumstances for growth, including a high altitude, cool temperatures, and regular rainfall. 60 percent of the coffee produced worldwide is made from arabica beans. In comparison to Robusta, it yields less and is more challenging to grow. The ideal bean for specialty coffee beverages is Arabica.
